Neem Health takes a unique approach to cross border care. Given the limitations that come with interacting with a patient virtually, the physicians on Neem Health focus on educating the patients and caregivers, empowering them to take charge of their own care. The Neem Health approach has three different pillars:
Care Coordination and Navigation
Central to our ethos is helping the patients better understand their care. By empowering them with information and suggesting the right questions to ask, patients are better positioned to navigate their local medical systems.
Clinicians reviewing cases at Neem Health aren’t pressured to provide direct answers to question with limited information. Rather, they’re empowered to help the patients along their care journey.
Supercharged Case Reviews
The core of the Neem Health experience is a case review. By leveraging the latest technology, the case intake process can be streamlined so almost all the relevant information is in the case the first time a clinician takes a look.
Technology also powers the case review experience as well: clinicians can easily draw charts, look up local pharmaceutical and treatment information, and get the latest in medical literature all in a slick interface.
Community Oriented
At Neem Health, we believe the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. That recruiting a network of physicians to help with case reviews is far more powerful when these physicians can work together, help each other out, and cover for each other.
The physicians we’ve recruited thus far come from institutions such as Cleveland Clinic, Columbia, Harvard, Weill Cornell, UCSF, NYU, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
